The Highway Inn, updated and renovated into a snazzy venue as reviewed with Nathan this week again, with Brad indicating that sadly this is the 3rd to last review ever!

Comments: "I could keep a fish in this wine glass!", excellent schnitzel with near-perfect cheese and crumbing, only disappointing factor was the less-than-average serve size and lack of flavoursome breast meat, the atmosphere of the newly renovated Highway Inn "bistro" was fresh and modern, a worthy competitor in this review.

Comments: "I must have got a different chef cooking my parmigiana than Nathan did”, the meal wasn't that great although value was pretty good considering the actual room we ate in was very classy and plenty of waiters around the place, cheese and ham weren't that great and overpowered the meal, chicken meat did not taste like much, the salad dressing probably was the strongest tasting thing on my plate, overall nothing special, I think Nathan was wooed by the glamour of the place.
